Start metoclopramide 5mg tablets, start 1/2 of a pill four times a day for 2 days. Watch for side effects of headaches, dizziness, fatigue, depression, tremulousness. After 2 days, increase to 1 pill four times a day. If you continue to feel well on it, increase to 2 tablets 4 times a day
