Welcome to IABLE’s EMR LactNotes App!

 
The LactNotes application is a platform for sharing lactation-related phrases that are used for electronic medical records. It is comprised of 2 sections- phrases for documentation and those for patient education.

Any IABLE member can upload their phrases, and assign available keywords or suggest new ones.

Downloading is easy! Just click the ‘copy’ icon to the right of the phrase to put it on your clipboard, then paste into your beloved EMR or any document.

All phrases will be reviewed by IABLE before posting in the app.
