  1. IABLE owns and retains the copyrights and publishing rights to all media created and/or distributed by IABLE.Credit must be given to IABLE whenever these are materials are used in an approved manner.  Credit must be given to IABLE by maintaining IABLE logo and copyright statement which exists on all of our materials.
  2. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
    • Sale of any items;
    • Inclusion in any publication which is sold or distributed by any means;
    • Advertising materials and/or campaigns in any medium intended to promote business;
    • Any use in violation of The International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes;
    • Any use that may be harmful to the persons appearing in our media; and
    • Any use that is not specifically for breastfeeding education.
Copying or forwarding IABLE media to other parties is a breach of copyright law and is strictly forbidden.You agree to the following:
