IABLE Medical Student and Resident Physician Curriculum Development Day
Friday, December 12th, 2025
8:45am – 5:00pm CST
Overview of Medical Student & Resident Curriculum Development Day
This webinar is all about educating our future physicians and healthcare providers!
Come join us to learn more about how to develop curricula to educate medical students and resident physicians! We will cover the basics of getting started, developing appropriate learning objectives for various stages of learners, and review resources available for use. In addition, peers who participate in breastfeeding and lactation medicine curricula development or execution will have the opportunity to share their programs.
Submitting Presentations
IABLE invites submissions from physicians and other health professionals who participate in breastfeeding and lactation medicine curricula development or execution to share their work by providing a presentation on their teaching curriculum. The teaching curriculum may be pre-clinical, clinical, didactic, blended, public health, or other. Presentations should include information on schedules, teaching resources, opportunities, and barriers. We will prioritize presentations that include curriculum evaluation.
We will accept 6 submissions. Presenters will have 15-20 min to present their program, followed by 10-15 min of questions and discussion, for 30 minutes total.
➡ The deadline for submission is Friday, August 29th, 2025
➡ Date of notification for acceptance is Friday, September 19th, 2025
Please submit your presentation HERE.
